Conditions of use

Please note that the reduced fee for early registrations is only effective if the payment is made before 2024 March 1st.

The registration fees include coffee breaks during the Forum.

The cost of conference dinner or accommodation are not included in the registration fees.

REFUND POLICY

Until April 1st: requests by e-mail to proyectos@revolutionevents.es

Transfer: A paid registration can be transferred to a non-registered participant, free of cost.
Refunds: A processing fee of 150 EURO will be deducted for all meeting participants, 100 EURO for students/retired scientists.

After April 1st: No refunds will be issued.

The data provided in this registration form will be used for the sole purpose of the World Forum Principles of Scientific Publication. The organizers of the conference and the Congress Agency may send you emails related to the conference. They will not sell these data to any other organization
